    Kaya Nating Magbago Pagsama-Sama  or Transition Community Initiatives Philippines (TCIP ), is providing a unique interactive information, reference and expert advice on community resilience systems to community and voluntary groups, towns and city councils and help implement sustainable development projects in any location in the Philippines Islands but starting in Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon.
