Inner Transition is all about how change happens. Inner Transition started its life in 2006 through the launch of a Psychology of Change group in Totnes. This then went on to inspire and inform the creation of this central thread within Transition Network and the movement more generally.
Inquiring into different theories and models of change helps us to become aware of how we experience change to happen – which then helps us to identify the most effective ways of catalysing change within ourselves and our relationships, groups, communities and as a species.
Inner Transition is interested in the role culture plays in catalysing and supporting change and asks the question: how can we design and co-create cultures of collective and self-care that support us to transition towards the world our heart longs for?
