IN Knowledge & learning
All of our trainers are actively involved in Transition, and are dedicated to enabling others in their own Transition by delivering effective, high quality trainings
TRAIN THE TRAINERS
We have certified Transition Trainers delivering our trainings in the following countries with established Transition Training communities: UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Scotland, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, China, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Romania, Switzerland, Croatia, France, Mexico, Luxembourg, and Holland.
All of our trainers are actively involved in Transition, and are dedicated to enabling others in their own Transition by delivering effective, high quality trainings carefully adapted to their local circumstances, and of course, language. They are also skilled facilitators who can offer facilitation in addition to the trainings we have listed on these pages.
If you are from one of the countries above, and would like to become a Transition Trainer, we suggest you get in touch with the national hub there first. If you are from a country without a Transition Training community (yet) then you are invited to apply directly by the link above.
Becoming a Transition Trainer
If you want to become an accredited Transition trainer, you’ll need to show that you have considerable experience of:
- Delivering trainings to high standards to a range of audiences
- Working in a transition project
- Be able to demonstrate that you can hold a group in a ‘deepening’ process. This means knowing how to hold people as they go expand their ‘comfort zone’. Some of the key skills will centre around creating safety and being able to address issues that come up for individuals and in the group.
Some feedback from previous Train the Trainers courses
“Very good facilitation.”
“I liked the format very much of participants preparing sessions, because it gave a great opportunity to see all different kinds of styles of presenting and an opportunity to see how different ideas work out and come across. Also very good for getting useful feedback.”
“The facilitators both do embody what you talk about, and that’s what I loved most. Otherwise excellent facilitation, thank you very much.”
“I deeply appreciate the atmosphere the facilitators created – the structure of the course, – the way it was facilitated – multiple, creative ways to learn – the facilitator’s awareness for the group and the people – great timing – location, all the people, food, weather ;-)”
“I think, it is a very good, enriching training for people, experienced in facilitation and group work. The learning is supported by good group dynamics, enhanced between participants, learning from each others (I have no idea if every group is so special…). Feels great to be part of this group!”
“I enjoyed very much watching the different ways people facilitate.”
“One of the most wonderful experiences I have ever had, was the feedback session at the very end.”
“Excellent, experienced and inspiring facilitators, thanx”
“Even if I’m a trainer since more than 15 years, I feel I learnt new things while observing the others participants and while receiving feedback. I really feel that it was a good opportunity for me to improve my training skills, in French & in English.”
“Now I understand the process of the Transition Launch, I understand the connection between the different parts of the training and feel ready to do it in my country (and abroad if needed).”
“It was a good combination between exercises, feedback, moments of stepping back…”
“I liked the way some people used storytelling… That was really inspiring for me. As well as the ways things can be done without slideshows (i.e. with drawings). The feedback process on the last day was really fantastic. I never saw something like this.”
“Sophy & Naresh have really great facilitators and human skills. They are really great in facilitating such a process.”
“The course was excellent because: it was fun throughout it was enriching, inspiring and useful, it was complete & rounded.”
“Very enjoyable in every respect.”
“Facilitators very capable, competent and caring.”
“I loved the course, specially the facilitation and new cases, brought from each, and that can be used in our experience.”
“It was amazing to spend this days with so many great people, and such well put together content. The days were intense, and we worked a lot, but always with happiness and enjoyment.”
“Yes, I love the structure we did ‘Challenge the Trainer’, because it helped us to see how all trainers face and work with challenges we always have in groups.”
