Where do you feel Transition should go next?

Transition Network (the organisation) is reviewing and renewing our organisational strategy. We are looking at what our organisational purpose is, in a rapidly changing global context. A crucial part of this process is understanding better what’s happening in the wider picture of Transition.
There are now Transition groups now in at least 48 countries. There are established Transition Hub organisations in 21 countries or regions, and many very experienced individuals in Transition groups, projects, enterprises and Hubs around the world. “Transition” ideas and similar grassroots movements seem to be gaining strength in many places, while the complex environmental and social challenges we are facing are getting more difficult.
We’re keen to get feedback from the movement about what is happening for Transition groups. We asked people to complete a short survey of three initial open questions (survey closed end November 2017).
More than 280 people have responded from 26 countries. Thank you so very much if you were one of these people. There have been some really heartfelt, thoughtful and helpful responses.
We are keen to support the flow of information, inspiration and connection around the movement, so we have put together a mid-survey summary so you can get a feel for the responses.

In January 2018 we will publish the complete survey summary of what we heard, and we will share where our discussions about are going.
We will be really interested to hear your views and reactions to help us shape and finalise Transition Network’s organisational purpose and priorities by March 2018.
