Project Sharing Engine widget changes mastersheet

Following the very useful Alpha webmasters meeting in December 2012, we have collected, transcribed, collated, discussed and ‘triage-ed’ the various feedback from the alpha widget trials into one google doc outlining our next steps, and the work that the techs will be doing over the next few weeks.
