NB: Ed has noted that we have set up the web steering meets for the first Tuesday of every month and this is the best time for the comms group meetings, so Ed is going to propose that we discuss this with a view to making that first tuesday the comms group meeting, and move this web steering group.

Ed ask Sarah about her role in this process: done
Ed to create the groups management diagram he has done at the meeting and write up and add more details (comms channels, people etc.) and distribute.
Ed include ‘Lessons learnt from previous web projects’ to the agenda for the first production group meeting.
Ed, Mike, Sam, Annesley to tidy up TNv3 strategic Statements
Ed and Annesley to produce timeline.
Ed share All documents to be shared to the Steering group for comments before next meeting.

Ed did not set up a separate sub group to look at TNv3 Strategy. This was as he felt that the strategy is owned by the steering group, so it’s better to focus on it as this group.

Proposal to set up a production team separate from Steering group.
Production group will meet regularly throughout August.
Group discussed management structure and Ed diagrammed it
Production team: Is there to focus on the technical aspects of the job in terms of what is to actually be built. Ed proposes himself, Mike, Ben and potentially Sam. This group can work at a fast pace and then feed back to Steering group.
