Training for Transition – Applications Open
By Liza Jovanovska 10th December 2021
Apply now to become a trainer or facilitator for Transition.
Following last year’s extensive action research the Training Support Circle has been working on more accessible pathways for people to become recognised internationally as Transition trainers and facilitators.
As part of this work we have agreed new guidelines for becoming recognised as a trainer or facilitator for Transition, and we are creating a community of practice.
These new guidelines include a pathway for people who haven’t attended a Train the Trainers course in the past to become recognised as international trainers and facilitators. This includes an option for accredited trainers and facilitators from other organisations and movements that are aligned with Transition to join the international Transition Training community.
To become recognised as an international Transition trainer or facilitator please read through these guidelines to find out if you qualify, and complete this form (in English, Spanish or Portuguese) by 31st December.
We aim to approve new trainers and facilitators for Transition in January and will schedule our first community of practice meeting for March. This will be an opportunity to get to know each other and to discuss how the community of practice can best serve all of its members, as well as the movement as a whole.
Applications can be submitted any time throughout the year and are assessed twice a year. Any applications received after 31st December 2021 will be assessed in June 2022.
We’re excited to come together again, share insights and resources with each other, provide peer-to-peer support, and help the Transition movement continue to grow and thrive around the world!
Please email training@transitionnetwork.org if you have any questions.

Hi, I’m interested in learning about this program and maybe becoming certified trainer.
Im currently in the UK for 7 months and effectively on sabbatical and looking for a new path. Or maybe, the same path but a new skill/tool to help me navigate it is more correct!
Cheers
Mel
